COVID-19 Safety Plan

Measures we’re taking.

How we’re ensuring workers know how to keep themselves safe from exposure to COVID-19

  • Weekly checks on Public health for guidelines and ensure all health and safety protocols are followed as per government mandate.
  • Masks that fully covers nose, mouth and chin area are to be always worn. Preferably 3M N95 mask.
  • Gloves are to be worn while working and need to be changed each time they are taken off the hands or every 3 hours.
  • When possible maintain a 6ft distance between co workers.
  • Jobs are to be divided to limit the number of people operating different equipment.
  • Wipe down the equipment before each use when you are not the only one using it.
  • Wash hands with soap as often as possible.
  • Sanitize hands when leaving and re-entering any work area/ work site.

How we’re screening for COVID-19

  • All staff must answer all Screening questions before leaving home for each work day.
  • If answers to any questions are yes, please contact Balram at 647-889-1363 and do not appear at work site.

How we’re controlling the risk of transmission in our workplace

Physical distancing and separation
  • All staff must maintain a 6ft or 2M distance as much as possible while working.
  • Maintain a 6ft or 2M distance while speaking to any clients.
Cleaning
  • Please wipe down machines with disinfectant before and after each use
  • Wipe down any doors and window handles at the end of the work day
  • Dispose of all used gloves, wipes and marks in the garbage immediately.

What we will do if there is a potential case, or suspected exposure to, COVID-19 at our workplace

  • Any Staff displaying any covid-19 symptoms is asked not to come to any work site.
